Shipping Companies
Short Description
The Shipping Companies feature allows your customers to complete their orders with the most suitable shipping method. With this feature, you can create as many shipping carrier options as you need.
1. Viewing Cargos
Go to the Cargos section under the Settings menu in your serB2B admin panel to list the defined shipping methods.

2. Adding a New Cargo Method
Go to the Cargos section under the Settings menu in your serB2B admin panel and click the + button in the upper right corner. Then follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Define Cargo Name: Create a new cargo definition.
- Status: Make sure to activate it so that it can be used.
- Save: Click the Save button to complete the process.

3. Deleting a Cargo Method
To view or delete existing or newly created shipment definitions in your serB2B system, go to Settings > Cargos in the admin panel. Click the Edit button next to the record you want to delete. Then click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen and confirm the deletion.

4. Displaying Cargos on the Checkout
Cargo options you have defined in the serB2B system are displayed to customers on the checkout page.

The cargo method selected by the customer can be viewed in the order details section of the admin panel.

1. Why can't customers see cargo options on the checkout page?
To make cargo options visible to customers on the checkout page, at least one cargo method must be active. Additionally, the defined cargo method must be compatible with your payment and delivery configuration.

2. Can I define more than one cargo company at the same time?
Yes. In the serB2B system, you can define multiple cargo providers, allowing you to offer alternative delivery options to your customers.
