Shipping Fee Calculation

The Shipping Fee Calculation feature allows automatic calculation of shipping costs based on specific criteria. With this feature, you can define flexible shipping fee rules based on reference types, value ranges, and price limits.

1. Viewing Shipping Calculation Settings​

After logging into the admin panel, navigate to the top menu: Lists > Cargo Calculation.

2. Adding a New Shipping Calculation Rule​

To add a new shipping fee calculation rule, click the "+" button in the relevant menu. Follow the steps below to define a new rule:

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Select Reference Type: Choose the reference type for which shipping calculation will apply (e.g., Country or Region).
  2. Define Value: Based on the selected reference type, specify a value (e.g., Turkey or Europe).
  3. Set Minimum Amount: Enter the minimum amount for which this rule will be valid (e.g., 3000.00).
  4. Set Maximum Amount: Enter the maximum amount for which this rule will be valid (e.g., 5000.00).
  5. Select Currency Code: Choose the currency in which the calculation will be made (e.g., TL, USD).
  6. Enter Shipping Fee (TL): Enter the shipping cost (in TL) that will apply for shipments matching the criteria (e.g., 1200.00).
  7. Set End Date: Enter the last valid date for this rule. This is useful for campaign-based or time-limited shipping charges (e.g., 01.01.2025).
  8. Save: After entering all information, click the Save button to complete the process.
IMPORTANT NOTE

When defining shipping fee calculation rules, make sure that price ranges do not overlap. If a conflict occurs, the system will use the highest applicable fee.

3. Editing/Deleting a Shipping Fee Rule​

To edit or delete an existing shipping fee rule, go to the relevant menu. Click the Edit button next to the rule you want to modify.

  • To edit: Make the necessary changes in the fields and click the Save button.
  • To delete: Click the delete icon in the upper right corner of the page and confirm the deletion.
