Company

This document explains how serB2B users can display their company address, social media accounts, mobile application links, and phone number in the footer and contact pages of the website. You can easily configure these settings via the serB2B admin panel by navigating to Settings > Settings > Company.

Company Information Configuration​

In this section, you can configure the company information you want to display on your site. Changes made here will affect your company address, social media accounts, mobile app links, and phone number. This information will be shown on your site's footer and contact pages. You can later modify the content of these pages or include this information on any page within your serB2B system.

1. Company Address​

This field allows you to enter your company address. This address will be displayed in the footer and contact page of your site. Make sure to enter the address correctly and completely.

  • Example: Serenay Software, Konak Mh. Kudret Sk. No: 12/16 Elit Park, Nilüfer, Bursa, Turkey

To show the location of your company address on Google Maps, search for your company on Google Maps and copy the link. This link will be displayed alongside your company address.

3. Social Media Accounts​

You can enter your company's social media accounts in this section. By entering the profile links for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, you can make it easier for users to access these accounts through your website.

    • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourcompany
    • Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourcompany
    • YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/yourcompany
    • LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/yourcompany
    • VK: https://www.vk.com/yourcompany
    • Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/yourcompany
    • Twitter: https://www.x.com/yourcompany

Note: Ensure that the links to your social media accounts are entered correctly.

4. Email Display​

You can add your company's email address here. This email address will help visitors easily contact your company.

If your company has mobile applications, you can add their links here. The app links will help site visitors access your applications on mobile platforms.

    • App Store Link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/abcd1234
    • Huawei App Gallery Link: https://appgallery.huawei.com/app/abcd1234

6. Phone Number​

You can add your company phone number here. This phone number will help visitors easily contact your company.

  • Example: +90 224 413 8676

By following the steps above, you can correctly display your company information in the footer and contact pages of your site. These settings will make it easier for visitors to contact your company.

  • How can I change my company address?

    To change your company address, go to the Company Address section and enter the new address. This change will automatically update on the footer and contact pages.

  • How can I add my social media accounts?

    To add your social media accounts, go to the Social Media Accounts section and enter the URL for each platform correctly. These links will appear on the footer and contact pages.

  • How can I add mobile app links?

    You can add your mobile app links in the Mobile App Links section. Ensure that you enter the correct links for Google Play, the App Store, and Huawei App Gallery.

  • How can I update my phone number?

    To update your phone number, go to the Phone Number section and enter the new number. This change will immediately reflect on the footer and contact pages.
