Action Bar
Action Bar Description
This section describes the "Action Bar" found on table screens. It allows users to perform quick and bulk actions on data. Below are the descriptions of the buttons within the bar:
Buttons and Their Functions
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Select All | Selects all rows in the list. Prepares for bulk actions. |
| Deselect All | Deselects all selected rows. |
| Bulk Action | Initiates defined bulk actions on selected records (e.g., bulk delete, change status, etc.). |
| Excel Export | Exports data from the currently displayed page to an Excel file. |
| Export All Pages to Excel | Exports all filtered data, regardless of pages, to an Excel file. |
| PDF Export | Exports the data visible on the active page to a PDF file. |
| Save Search | Saves the current filtering and search settings for future use. |
| Add New Column | Allows the user to add a new column to the table. |
| Edit | Provides an option to edit the table's appearance and structure settings. |
| Column Visibility (Eye icon) | Allows the user to choose which columns should be visible. |
