Marketplace Orders

Marketplace is a module where registered brands can directly list and sell their own products on the platform. Brands submit their products for admin approval, and once approved, the products become visible in the system. When a customer places an order for one of these products:

  • The order appears in the supplier’s (brand’s) panel.
  • The entire process is managed by the supplier: shipping, invoicing, delivery, etc.

What Is the Marketplace Orders Tab For?​

The Marketplace Orders tab allows the admin to centrally monitor all orders placed through the marketplace.

From this screen, the admin can view:

  • Which orders came from the marketplace
  • Which brand the order belongs to
  • The quantity and total amount of the order
  • The status of the order: Pending, In Preparation, Shipped, Canceled, etc.
  • The order date

Order Tracking in the Admin Panel​

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Orders > Marketplace Orders
  2. In the order list screen, pay attention to the following columns:
    • Brand Name
    • Order No
    • Product Name and Quantity
    • Order Date
    • Shipped
    • Remaining
  3. Each row represents a single marketplace order.
  4. As the admin, you can:
    • See which brand owns the order
    • Track how many items have been shipped
    • Contact the supplier if support is needed

Example Scenario​

  • Brand: ABC Textile
  • Product: Oversize T-shirt - Black
  • Order Date: July 21, 2025
  • Quantity: 3
  • Order Status: Shipped

For optimal customer satisfaction and inventory management, the status of marketplace orders should be regularly reviewed. It is recommended that admins check this tab daily or weekly.
