serEmail Marketing

serEmail Marketing module is used to send bulk emails to customers in your system. It allows you to easily send messages for campaigns, newsletters, or reminders.

1. Define the Target Customer Group​

First, filter and create the customer group you want to email.

For example:

  • Category: Wholesale Customer
  • Last Order Date: 6 months ago

You can review the Saved Search Settings page here.

After applying the filters, use the "Save Search" button at the top of the screen to save it with a name. For example:

Wholesale Customers with No Orders in the Last 6 Months

This way, you can reuse the same filter for email campaigns later.

3. Go to the serEmail Marketing Screen​

  • Navigate to Customers > serEmail Marketing module.
  • From the Saved Searches list, select the search you just created.
  • Compose the email subject and content.
  • After reviewing all details, click the Send Email button. The system will deliver your message to all customers matching the selected filters.
