Customer Approval
Short Description
In the serB2B system, you can approve your customers to allow them to make purchases on your site, review their detailed information, or delete them directly without granting login access.
1. Customers Pending Confirmation
To approve customers who wish to make purchases or apply for dealership via your site, or to view customers pending approval, go to the Customers > Customers Pending Confirmation section from your admin panel.

The number above the Customers section in the menu bar of your admin panel indicates the customers awaiting approval.

2. Viewing Customer Details
To view detailed information about a customer awaiting approval, click the Details button at the end of the customer's row.

3. Approving a Customer
To approve a customer for making purchases or applying for dealership on your site, go to the Customers > Pending Approvals section, open the customer’s details, and follow these steps:
- Check the Customer can Log In box.
- Click Save.

4. Deleting a Customer
To delete a customer awaiting approval from the system, click the button in the top-right corner to complete the deletion process.

Warning: When you click the Delete button in the customer details and confirm the action, the customer’s record will be permanently deleted from the database and cannot be recovered.
