serEmail Marketing

The serEmail Marketing module is used to send bulk emails to customers in the system. It allows you to easily send emails for purposes such as campaigns, newsletters, or reminders.

1. Define your target customer group​

First, create your target customer group by applying filters for the customers you want to email.

For example:

  • Category: Wholesale Customer
  • Last Order Date: 6 months ago

You can review the Saved Search Settings page here.

After applying the filters, save this search with a name using the "Save Search" button at the top of the screen. For example:

Wholesale Customers Who Haven't Shopped in the Last 6 Months

This way, you can reuse the same filter when sending emails.

3. Go to the serEmail Marketing screen​

  • Open the Customers > serEmail Marketing module.
  • Select the search you just created from the Saved Searches list.
  • Prepare the email subject and content.
  • After checking all the information, click the Send Mail button. The system will deliver the email to all customers matching the selected filter.
