serAnalytics Dashboard

The serAnalytics Dashboard is a powerful analytics tool that allows you to monitor your business performance comprehensively. This documentation explains how to use the dashboard effectively step by step.

1. Overview

The serAnalytics panel provides a quick view of your business’s key indicators on the homepage. These indicators include average order value, number of orders, total value of products added to the cart but not purchased, and more.

Key Indicators

• Average Order Value: Displays the average order amount for a specific period.
• Order Count: Shows the total number of orders within the selected time range.
• Unpurchased Cart Value: Total value of products added to cart but not purchased.
• Customer Registrations: Number of newly registered customers.
• Total Order Value: Total value of all orders within the selected date range.
• Product Views: Total number of times products were viewed.

Charts

The panel includes visualizations such as Order Value Trend, Logged-in Users Trend, and Product Views Trend, helping you understand your business performance over time.

Most Searched Keywords

This section shows the most frequently searched keywords on your site.
This insight can help improve product discovery and SEO strategies.

2. Date Range Selection

You can filter the panel data based on a selected time period.

1. Click the date range area to open the Date Range Picker.
2. Select the start date on the left and the end date on the right.
3. Mark the desired days on the calendar to define a custom date range.
   For example, to select July 15–22, 2025, simply click those dates.

This allows you to analyze performance between those dates and generate reports that can benefit your business.

Quick Selections

• The date picker provides a Quick Selection option.

• From here, you can quickly apply frequently used date ranges like Today, Last 7 Days, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 2 Months, Last 3 Months, Year to Date, 2025, 2024, etc.
