This page is a comprehensive Order Preparation Dashboard designed to help you fully understand, analyze, and optimize your order processing workflow. It provides valuable insights for various user profiles such as business owners and operations managers.

What Can You Learn From This Page?​

Our dashboard brings together a series of analyses that show the real-time status and historical performance of your order preparation process.

1. General Performance Indicators​

At the top of the page, these cards provide a quick overview of the overall health of your order preparation process. You can also access custom analysis cards by clicking the Add Report button.

  • Order Preparation Success Rate: Shows the ratio of completed orders to total orders. For example, a value like 0.00% indicates a serious issue in the process or data inconsistency. This acts as an alert and helps you identify critical problems immediately.
  • Number of Unavailable Products: Indicates how many products in orders couldn’t be found in stock or the warehouse. A low number reflects efficient inventory and warehouse management. A high number may signal stock errors, misplacements, or supply chain issues.
  • Total Order Count: The number of orders received during the selected date range. It’s a core indicator to understand business volume and operational load.
  • Completed Order Count: The number of orders successfully prepared and ready for shipment. This metric directly reflects your operational capacity and efficiency.

2. Time-Based Analyses​

The dashboard allows you to select specific date ranges. You can also use the Quick Select button to quickly filter timeframes like Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, etc.

  • Date Range Selection: Allows you to view data for specific periods like 21 Jun 2025 - 21 Jul 2025. This is especially useful to analyze performance during special campaigns or seasonal fluctuations.

These panels provide critical insights to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement when data is available.

  • Order Preparation Success Trend: Tracks the success rate over time. It's a great starting point to investigate reasons for drops or improvements in performance.
  • Order Preparation Times: Shows the average or distribution of time taken to prepare an order. This metric is vital for fast delivery goals.
  • Most Frequently Missing Brands/Categories: Reveals which brands or categories are hard to locate. This helps detect issues in supply chain, stock placement, or product positioning.

4. Individual Performance Analysis​

The table at the bottom of the page details individual performance of your order preparation team:

  • User-Based Success Rates: Displays how many orders each employee handled (siparis_adeti), how many products they found (bulunan_urun), total products they managed (toplam_urun), their average preparation time (ortalama_sure), and individual success rate (basari_orani).
