serSYNC Pro Analytics
serSYNC Pro Analytics allows you to monitor the history, success rate, and data details of product, price, stock, and supplier integrations in the system.
With this module, you can easily track how often each integration runs, how successful it is, and examine detailed logs of each operation.
1. How Can I Access This Page?
- Go to Admin Panel > Click the icon next to the search bar at the top right.
2. What Does It Do?
- Provides real-time analysis of integration operations.
- For each type of integration, you can view:
- Total number of runs
- Successful / failed sync counts
- Success rate (as a percentage)
- Last run time and result
- Next scheduled run time
- You can click on each integration card to see detailed technical logs.
3. Trackable Areas
The serSYNC Pro screen displays the following integration types separately:
- Product Integration
- Price & Stock Integration
- Currency Rate Integration
- serTedarik Product Transfer
- serTedarik Fields Integration
Each section summarizes when the last sync occurred and its result.
4. What Do the Log Details Show?
When you click on an integration, the Log Details screen opens:
message.status: Was the operation successful?message.message: General description (e.g., how many records were processed)logDetail: Step-by-step technical details (e.g., data retrieval, change detection, transmission)
This information is especially useful for technical teams to identify issues or monitor performance.
