Short Description​

This page allows you to manage essential exchange rate settings, invoice options, currency definitions, and certain user interface features related to the payment process in the serB2B system. When configured correctly, it ensures the payment processes run in a more controlled, user-friendly, and seamless way.

Field Descriptions​

1. Exchange Rate Parities

  • RUB Exchange Rate Parity:
    Indicates the value of the system’s main currency against the Russian Ruble (RUB).

  • TRY Exchange Rate Parity:
    Indicates the value of the system’s main currency against the Turkish Lira (TRY).

  • USD Exchange Rate Parity:
    Indicates the value of the system’s main currency against the US Dollar (USD).

  • EUR Exchange Rate Parity:
    Indicates the value of the system’s main currency against the Euro (EUR).

2. Should exchange rates be updated automatically?

If enabled, exchange rates are automatically updated via an integrated service.

3. Enable invoice type selection (individual, corporate, other) on the payment page?

If enabled, users can choose the invoice type (e.g., individual or corporate) during checkout.

4. Exchange rate margin:

Used to manually define a difference ratio between exchange rate values.

5. Payment via Postal Check:

If this method is disabled, users will not see the "Postal Check" payment option at checkout.

6. Default Tax Value:

The default VAT rate for products. If no VAT is defined per product, this rate is applied.

7. Show "Delete Selected Products" button in cart:

If set to "Yes", users can bulk remove selected items from their cart.

8. Alternative Currency to be used in the System:

The secondary supported currency. For example, prices can be shown in both TRY and USD.

9. Main Currency Used in the System:

The base currency for all transactions. Payments, exchange calculations, and stock tracking are based on this unit.

10. Fast Checkout:

If this setting is disabled, the fast checkout becomes unavailable in the system.
