Sellerrapp Settings

Short Description

The Sellerapp module enables sales teams of companies using the serB2B system to directly interact with customers, take orders, and manage them. This document explains how to configure the settings specific to the Sellerapp application.


Purpose of the Module

  • Enable sales representatives to take orders in the field
  • Define rules for price and product visibility
  • Manage the transfer of customer data to orders
  • Control product listing and display options

Settings and Descriptions

To configure Sellerapp settings, go to your serB2B admin panel under Settings > Sellerapp Settings and review the configurations below.

1. Prevent Sales Below Purchase Price

Prevents sales representatives from selling products below the purchase price.
Options: Yes / No

2. Minimum Order Amount

Sets the minimum order amount applicable to orders placed by sales representatives in the system.
Input Type: Numeric value (e.g., 1000)

3. Field to Transfer from Member Data

Specifies which field from the member registration data will be transferred to the order.
Input Type: Text (e.g., bayi_kod)

4. Field Name to Use in Order

Determines under which field name the transferred data will be stored in the order.
Input Type: Text (e.g., custom_field_bc_satisci)

5. Show Product Image

Determines whether the product image will be shown on the sales screen.
Options: Show / Hide

6. List Passive Products

Controls the visibility of passive (inactive) products on the sales representative's screen.
Options: Yes / No


Save and Apply

Changes are activated by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. Settings take effect immediately.
