Order Stages
Short Description
Order Stages help serB2B e-commerce system users classify and manage incoming orders according to their own business processes. The defined order stages are displayed in the Orders list and Order Details pages, allowing users to quickly see which stage an order is in and manage their processes more efficiently.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
If I change an existing order stage, will it update for old orders too?
Yes. Any changes made to the order stages will apply to all orders in the system. However, the historical status logs of past orders will not change — only the current stage names and descriptions will appear updated.
-
Do customers also see the order stages?
By default, order stages are visible only in the serB2B admin panel and are used to track your internal processes.
