Saved Searches

Short Description

The Saved Searches feature allows serB2B users to create and save custom filters on all listing pages, such as Products, Customers, and Orders, within the admin panel. With saved searches, you can ensure fast and efficient access to internal processes and also present specific filtered product lists tailored to your customers.


To create a saved search, go to any listing page, apply the desired filters, and then click the Save Search button in the Action Bar to complete the process.

Viewing Saved Searches

In your serB2B admin panel, navigate to Settings > Saved Searches under the Settings menu to list your saved searches.

Example: Let’s view the saved searches on the Products page.


Editing Saved Searches

In your serB2B admin panel, navigate to Settings > Saved Searches under the Settings menu to list your saved searches. To rename a saved search, click the Edit button and follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Change the Saved Search Name.
  2. Mark the checkbox to make it accessible and activate it.
  3. Click the Save button to complete the process.

Deleting Saved Searches

To view and delete existing or newly created saved searches in your serB2B system, go to Settings > Saved Searches in the admin panel. Click the Edit button on the row of the saved search you want to delete. Then, click the icon at the top right of the page and confirm to delete.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Is there a limit to the number of saved searches? No. There is no limit to the number of saved searches you can create in the system.

  • Do changes I make to saved searches apply immediately? Yes. Once saved, changes made to saved searches take effect immediately and are reflected across all related pages.
